Constitutional Controversies in Mexico is a book that is inspired by some of the current legal and political challenges facingMexico.   Although Mexico is formally a Federal Government system, it was only until very recently in history that States and Cities have acquired a powerful say in the country’s policies and determination. This book describes the legal and political characteristics of Mexico’s federalism as well as the challenges and opportunities of moving forward.
